Walnut cracking machine is used for cracking and cleaning the walnuts.
Cracking
Walnut cracking machine is used for cracking the calibrated in-shell walnuts.
It cracks the walnuts with maximum percentage of halves,
and discharges shelled walnuts out without any damage. The surfaces which contact with walnuts are manufactured from 304 stainless steel material. It is equipped with two motors for cracking.
Cleaning and Calibrating
The main purpose of the machine is calibrating and removing the shell of the cracked walnut. The machine is able to calibrate the walnut to 4 sizes and discharges walnut halves out. With the calibrating rollers, it separates the uncracked walnuts and drives them to the resort cracking rollers to crack once again, therefore, it minimizes the loss. The surfaces which contact with walnuts are manufactured from 304 stainless steel and designed not to damage the shelled walnuts.
