This machine provides protection by treating the products against the insects and fungus with chemicals.
While the product is progressing from the pre-storage hopper to the screw conveyor of the machine, it is sprayed with liquid chemicals and then the product is completely coated with the help of mixer conveyor. Because of its silicone coated handles in the mixing system, the seeds are not damaged during the liquid treatment and thus the conveyor body is cleaned and seed congestion is avoided. The contact surfaces of the machine is made of stainless steel. Also, the liquid rate is automatically adjusted by a PLC control system with the desired amount.
