DESCRIPTION

Indent Cylinder is used to separate the long, round and broken grains from the product.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

The product that poured into the cylinder, fits in the round indents on the mantle. The longer grains which don’t fit into the round shaped indents are separated from the ones that fit into them. The embed seeds are dropped into the screw conveyor chamber with the rotation of the indent cylinder. After that, they are either transferred to another cylinder to separate shorter grains (broken, round) or to the next machine.
