The GOLD Series Color Sorter Machine is used to sort granular products such as seeds, legumes, dried fruits, and plastics by color, shape, and light transmittance. With its 16MP CCD line scan cameras and 16384 pixels CMOS line scan cameras, along with air pressure ejectors, it efficiently detects and eliminates unwanted colored products. This process ensures high-quality products with purity levels reaching up to 99.9%.
The product, assisted by vibro-feeders, falls freely from the feeder hopper into the sorting channels. As it passes through the cameras, it is detected and sorted according to its color, shape, and quality. The system directs the desired product to the clean output, while unwanted products are ejected via the air pressure ejectors. The rejected products are sent to the re-sort channel, where they are processed again, and only the unwanted items are discarded, maximizing the good product ratio.
