Destoner (Semi Automatic)

 Destoner separates the pre-cleaned product from heavier foreign materials (stone, glass, soil, metal, etc) with the help of vibration and air.

 The product is delivered to the pre-storage hopper with the help of elevator and then it proceeds with the vibro-feeder to the Destoner. With its eccentric and air pressure system, semi-automatic Destoner, separates the heavier impurities (stones, metal, glass, etc.) from the product. Adjustment of the aspirator flap and deck angle is performing manually, and the lower-air speed control is performed by the machine control panel in this semi-auto model.
