Destoner separates the pre-cleaned product from heavier foreign materials (stone, glass, soil, metal, etc) with the help of vibration and air.
The product is delivered to the pre-storage hopper with the help of elevator and then it proceeds with the vibro-feeder to the Destoner. With its eccentric and air pressure system, Full-Automatic Destoner separates the heavier impurities (stones, metal, glass, etc.) from the product. The air adjustment and vibration speed are controlled with the PLC system in this full automatic model.
